From Miriam and Jacob owners of Lily (Cotoncapers Chiquitita) I can't believe it's barely over a week since Lily arrived - it feels like at least a month! Already we can't imagine life without our little one. She sleeps through the night in the kitchen from about 11 pm to 7 am. As soon as she hears that we're up, she lets us know she's eagerly waiting our return. Toilet training is much better, despite a few 'accidents'. She's a bundle of energy. I can see that our garden soon won't be enough to satisfy her need to explore the world. Slowly, she's learning to accept being groomed. I can see she might even enjoy it one day! I find it kind of therapeutic, relaxing to very gently brush and comb her. At the moment, she has to be sleepy for her to let me do it. Hope all's well with you and your furry friends.
From Donna owner of Jupiter (Cotoncapers Waterloo) He is doing very well. I would have said his transition from your house to mine was a non-event, as he was welcomed by all. I do not know what you did, but he is effectively house trained! Yes, I do take him out often, but from night one he was in his cage for about six hours and left it entirely clean. He now does the perimeter tour of the garden and that is quite a long way for a little chap. With many thanks for a lovely little chap.
From Mark and Laura owners of Jasper (Cotoncapers Fernando) We thought we'd send you just a quick update on how Jasper is getting on as we come towards the end of his first week. We've being having a fabulous time with him, with every possible moment being full of love and fun. He is turning into a real little character and has a lovely personality, and he brings us so much pleasure already. No problems with car travel at all. He was absolutely fine on the trip home from Oxford, which was not far short of 2 hours as we were driving a little slower than usual with our precious cargo on board! We've since been to the vet in the car too and again he seemed comfortable. He took to his crate straight away and loves to go and hide away in it for a little break or when he wants a snooze. It's very cosy and he rearranges his things in there every now and then for variety. It's funny to think that just a few days before collecting him, we were trying to imagine what life would be like once he was here, but now we can't imagine it any other way.
From Erica owners of Piccolo (Cotoncapers Gigolo) Thank you again so so very very much, words can not explain how happy I am, I think the name Piccolo really suits him, he has good lungs and was very vocal at first but soon settled down, as he seems to have now in his new home.
